Hacienda La Luisa still holds most of the Colonial architectural style of the 1950. The frontal facade of the structure holds a Symmetrical Style highlighting the 13 feet tall ceilings, the Industrial (original / vintage) 4k gallons water reservoir (built in iron with concrete base), and the artistic design of the retro iron bars. Surrounding the property, fully landscaped gardens holds a variety of tropical plants and fruit trees complementing the "common areas" designed to relax and enjoy the property amenities; among them the BBQ area, Jacuzzi and soon-to-be finished pond.
In general the interior floor layout gives the notion as if the exterior has been carried over to the inside, thanks to the "openness" in some of the areas. The interior finishing is a retro and modern combination of crude poured concrete; the tile resembles rocks, the vintage furnishings, and the vibrant tones of the decoration gives the property the notion of a historical throwback inside a traditional puerto rican shack.

The Colonial Hacienda
The Two - Story Structure, built in concrete with roof in aluminum garvalume, formerly used as the main Hacienda House is located in the subject land. Not being used for so long, this facility shows the need mayor repairs; Hurricane María destroyed part of the roof (See photos below). Though, thanks to its layout and architectural design, this structure holds an incredible potential to be converted into a Commercial Building ideal for a Restaurant / Bar. Some of this structure highlights are: huge open floor plan with interior gardens and open to below balcony in the second floor. As a bonus the panoramic view from this structure is just mesmerizing.
